L. Renee Blount

"L." (short for Lanisha) Blount is endlessly curious and all about joy. She is a Harvard-trained designer, outdoor photographer, and athlete. She mixes her loves of innovation, strategy, adventure, and visual storytelling to help brands go beyond what’s possible. She's an avid climber and runner. Originally from Georgia, she recently relocated to the Bay Area after living in NYC.

Ron Griswell

Ron Griswell was born and raised in North Carolina. After moving to Minneapolis he became fascinated with the outdoor industry. Ron is an outdoor educator, digital content creator, and outdoor events and program specialist among other things. He’s an avid traveler and an advocate for outdoor recreation at HBCU's.
